In 2009 there was an IT Director change at Magyar Közút Zrt. The new IT Director wanted to have a clear picture on the IT side in the company. Because of that the Director asked Simplexion Ltd. for the following review:

• - examination of the currently uesd applications
• - analysing the contractual background of the introducing projects and conrolling the related documentations
• - controlling/ Checking the content of the currently valid service agreements

The review was prepared by the COBIT 4.1 methodology. The results of the review was summarize in a report. Simplexion Ltd. was prepared an Action plan based on the explored non-compliances. The action plan handle each non-compliance as single project what means it relief priority, costs and time to each part.
