Supporting data-driven manufacturing and data-driven maintenance
The purpose of our solution is collecting as comprehensive as possible scope of data from the production line. In order to achieve this we connect all equipment into a network, which is able to register at least the basic parameters. We use our internally developed programmable interface converter to manage network connections. Based on data uploaded to the network we can determine concerning each installation
- the number of finished products (separating good from waste, if it is possible)
- preparation time of certain products
- the perceived deceleration against optimized speed
- failure of machinery (depending on the design with indication of reasons)
From data above we give feedback for production planning and define proper maintenance cycles. In case of failure the system generates alerts automatically toward maintenance, which by specifying the reason of the incidence contributes to the specification of planning.
